PROJECT STATUS : ACTIVE

The project in Oraiokastro is completely residenƟal and consists of 9 apartments and 4 private villas. The plot with
and area of 2736,45 sq.m is located in a walking distance from the city center of the municipality of Oraiokastro, a suburb of Thessaloniki which is characterized as high class, where the main types of buildings are private villas or semi-detached houses. The plot has an unobstructed view to Thessaloniki city center and port due to the high inclination of the ground.

The project is divided in two zones. Zone 1, in the northern part of the plot, 3 buildings with 3 apartments each will be constructed. The area of each apartment ranges from 90, 00 sq.m to 160, 00 sq.m offering a high diversity. Zone 2 consists of the 4 private villas with an area of 210,00 sq.m each and a private use swimming pool. The total built area of the project is 2070,00 sq.m. 

There plot offers also the possibility for an underground level for each building (around 1500,00 sq.m in total) for parking and storage.
